A 45+ year company serving the Okanagan and surrounding areas, installing designer decks and railings for residential customers, needed assistance in developing an appropriate fall-protection plan for their workers to meet regulatory compliance. While the assignment started off with fall protection, it quickly grew into the development of a comprehensive health and safety program specific to their needs. Al conducted numerous site inspections to see the team in action on a variety of different worksites, and made sure that their program contained only the components that were relevant to their tasks.
